This policy applies to room bookings made directly with RK Resorts. Bookings made through other websites follow that website's terms. Private pool slots are paid in full in advance.
What is the room cancellation policy?
Cancel more than 3 days before check-in for a 100% refund. Cancellations within 3 days of check-in, and no-shows, are not refunded.
Can I change my booking dates?
Yes, up to 3 days before check-in, subject to availability. Call or WhatsApp reception and we will help.
