A family resort, grown in the green
Before it was a resort, this acre in Thirunallar was our family farmhouse: coconut trees, open lawns and a quiet place to come home to.
From farmhouse to boutique resort
Rooted in land
We are a self-made family from a real estate background. This land began as our farmhouse, a green retreat among the coconut groves of Thirunallar.
A home for elders
For some years the grounds were home to Sapthaswaram Muthiyor Illam, an old age home our family served as a trustee. When the trust acquired land of its own, the home moved to Karaikal town, where it continues its work today.
A boutique resort
We then reshaped the farmhouse into a boutique resort: fifteen rooms, an infinity pool, the Crave kitchen and the Onyx hall, with the garden still at its heart.
